Data controller
VAILOR SAS, 6 rue Léopold Robert, 75014 Paris, France (Paris trade register 992 168 443). For any question about your data: contact@vailor.ai.
Contact form
Name, work email address, company, role, the modules you are interested in and your message, to answer you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
The fields marked as required are needed to answer you; without them, the request cannot be sent.
Messages are sent by Amazon Web Services (Paris region) to Vailor's founders, the only recipients. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
Booking a demo
Name, email address, company, role, topic, message and the attendees you invite, to set up the meeting. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
The meeting is created in Microsoft 365 (Bookings, Outlook, Teams) and the invitation goes to you, your attendees and the founders. Microsoft may process this data outside the European Union, under the Data Privacy Framework. The required fields are needed to set up the meeting. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
Audience measurement, with your consent
Only if you accept it in the banner, we measure the website's audience to improve it: pages viewed, time spent, sections read, where the visit came from (referring site, campaign), device and meetings booked.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) receives these measurements; Google may process them in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
Our own tool, hosted in France, receives the same measurements under a random identifier, and the domain of the network you browse from (your company's, for instance), derived from your IP address, which is not kept.
If you came from a link in one of our emails, that link carries an identifier that ties your visit to our exchange with you. Without your consent, it is not used.
Legal basis: your consent. Retention: thirteen months. Your choice is kept six months; you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings”, at the bottom of every page. Declining erases what an acceptance had stored.
Technical logs
Like any server, ours logs each request: IP address, page requested, referring site and browser. These logs serve the website's security and operation, and an occasional analysis of its traffic by network, never tying a visit to a person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. They are kept one year at most.
Prospecting
Vailor writes to professionals about their work. Data: name, role, company, work email address and information published in a professional context (company website, LinkedIn profile, public talks). Legal basis: our legitimate interest. You can object at any time by replying to the email you received or by writing to contact@vailor.ai. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
What the website stores in your browser
- vailor-consent: your choice on audience measurement, six months.
- vailor-visitor and vailor-prospect: random identifier and the identifier of an email link, only after your consent, erased if you withdraw it.
- _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies, only after your consent, thirteen months at most.
- vailor-theme and NEXT_LOCALE: the theme and language you chose.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@vailor.ai.
No automated decision producing legal effects concerning you is made from this data.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
